The NeoHumanist Center offers progressive educational classes for children and a
wide array of health and environmental awareness programs for adults. Situated in
Marousi, NHC is a project geared primarily, though not exclusively, to the needs of
women and children. Courses for Children: Daily Pre-School Program and After School
Yoga for Children. For parents and Children we have: Mother-Infant and
Mother-Toddler groups, Infant Massage, Baby Yoga and Mother-Baby Yoga. For
Adults we have: Yoga and Meditation, Yogic Birth Preparation, Information on Birth
Choices in Athens, Wellness Connection (Presentations on Health and Wellness),
Women's Cancer Support Group, Pilates. Ayurvedic Massage for Women, and various
Seminars and Worshops.
