 The Athens Health Runners Association was founded in 1981. Our main mission is to motivate and help runners of all ages and abilities achieve their personal health, fitness and performance goals. Since our foundation we organise many runs every year in Athens greater area and in countryside. Besides our members participate in public runs organised through out the country and abroad.
