My name is Elpida Trizi. As a Communication and Embodied Leadership Coach, I bring to coaching more than 20 years of experience in corporate communication and international relations, of which 10 years abroad. Curiosity, growth mindset and my own self-discovery quest led me to coaching and the co-active model, becoming an ICF certified coach.

My coaching focuses on the whole person, heart and mind, body and soul, through a unique blend of storytelling, wellbeing practices and a compassionate presence. I love working with anyone who wants to get "out of the box” they are currently in (whether it is a job, a relationship, the place one lives), inspiring and encouraging "doers" who find themselves at crossroads or burnt-out to slow down and choose from the heart -not only the head.

I make space for people from all walks of life to reignite their spark, align who they are with what they do and thrive, personally and professionally.
